Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and returned in their original packaging with all labels and tags attached.
Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or altered will not be accepted.
Personalized / custom-made items are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
How to Return
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide a return address and instructions.
Ship the item back with a trackable shipping service.
Shipping & Fees
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, damaged in transit).
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the entire order is being returned due to our mistake.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for the same item in a different size/color, subject to availability.
